At this point, I am about two thirds up. You can see that the run just ahead has "issues". It was NOT open. Perhaps this ski area has worse wind problems than my Beloved Loveland. I think the stuff flat blows away here. And I did want to mention here that Eldora is one of the "Gems" as Colorado Ski Country USA calls the smaller ski areas of Colorado. Loveland is on that list as well. But if you know me, Loveland is very much a gem in my heart. Monarch, Ski Cooper (I didn't say Copper) and Sunlight are most of the others.
