Perhaps one design flaw of the "just lay 'em over the land", was that about three towers from here, there was a tent over one of the spigot spots on this pipeline. I heard a blow torch going. Perhaps a freeze up? Me thinks one of the advantages of underground plumbing is it may prevent freeze ups. I donno. Oh, if TCS is reading, this is a CTEC lift. It is the Corona lift. Their Indian Peaks lift is also a CTEC. The other two (seen at the begining) are, shit I don't know. If you are reading TCS, and you know, drop me a line.
