Loveland, 28-Oct-06, two weeks past opening
In this cluster of trees is a kids ski. The lower circle is the tail, the upper is the tip. As with the last picture, I put this here two summers ago. Last winter this was a real fun snow stake. I watch the tail gradually get covered in snow. Then later, the bindings, and by the peak, I could just find the tip. It is still here this season to repeat its job of last season.
