First Day, 2007/2008 Season
Good morning Loveland. This is my first day out for the season (Saturday 20-Oct-07). Loveland opened Tuesday the 16th. A-Basin on the otherhand opened almost a week earlier, on Wednesday the 10th. A-Basin cheated quite a bit (in my book). The run after getting off the lift (based on a photo I saw in the Thursday Rocky Mountain News) was about 10 to 15 feet wide. Same thing was seen via their web cam at the lift maze at the bottom. At least Loveland will make snow edge to edge before opening.
